The biology department google-ifed the heck out of our department meeting yesterday. We used Google Meet for our virtual meeting, which all seven members attended. Everyone received a calendar invite (with conferencing) to which we attached both an agenda for the meeting and another google doc to consider. Within the agenda, we linked to four google docs and a google sheet that had been shared with department faculty.
